Pramod has over 20 years of experience in financial services in South and South-East Asia. As a consultant, he has advised multilateral development finance institutions in bank restructuring, digital finance, agribusiness-finance and development program implementation in Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar and Cambodia. Prior to consulting, Pramod was the
managing director of Ace Capital Limited. He co-founded and served on the board of an investment management firm and also served on the board of Deprosc Microfinance, Siddhartha Insurance and Nirdhan NGO.

Pramod is an MBA (Nanyang fellows) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and has completed executive education from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, USA, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA and Georgetown University, USA.
He also has MS (Finance) degree from ICFAI University, India.

Purushottam Prasad Mainali has a B.Com. degree from TU, Nepal and also has a professional qualification of C.A. Intermediate from ICAI. Mr Mainali has held directorship in the company since 2017. He has over twenty years of experience in the field of accounting & finance and was also involved in internal and statutory audits of various institutions including major banks & financial institution such as Nepal Bank Ltd., Bank of Kathmandu Ltd., Nepal Investment Bank Ltd., Machchapuchhre Bank Ltd., Janaki Finance Ltd., Nepal Merchant Banking & Finance Co. Ltd. etc. Mr Mainali has also served as a director in Valley Finance Limited and Quantum Capital Ltd. and chairman in Prasiddhi Saving and Credit Co-Operative Ltd. Mr Mainali is currently working as a senior manager – accounting & finance in Panchkanya Group, since 2060 B.S.
